Return and refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To use this right, contact us via our contact page within the 14 days and tell us your order number and which items you want to return. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.

After we receive your request, we will send you the return address and instructions. You must send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Return costs and condition

You pay the cost of returning the items unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Because our products ship from our fulfilment partner abroad, return postage can cost more than domestic postage; we will tell you the return address before you send anything.
Please return items in the condition you received them, ideally in the original packaging. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it, but if it has been used beyond that we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

We will refund the full amount paid for the returned items, including the original shipping cost (our standard shipping is free), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not have to pay for any return. For low-value items we may not ask you to return the item at all.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under consumer law you can complain about faulty goods for up to three years from delivery.
