Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Phone Accessorly at phoneaccessorly.com ("we", "us"). Details of the seller are listed on our Contact information page. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Orders and contract

All product descriptions, images and prices are an invitation to order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong; in that case you will receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and are converted from Swedish kronor. Standard shipping is free. Prices do not include any import VAT, customs duties or handling fees that may be charged on delivery in your country (see our Shipping policy). Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping details are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

4. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights and how to use them are described in our Return and refund policy.

5. Faulty goods

You have the right to complain about goods that are faulty or not as described, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.

6. Product compatibility

Phone cases and accessories are made for specific phone models. Please check that you select the correct model before ordering. Our products are third-party accessories and are not made, endorsed or sponsored by Apple or any other phone manufacturer.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers in Sweden can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), and consumers in other countries can use their national consumer dispute body or contact the European Consumer Centre.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
